Q: Where do you source your products from and are they authentic?
A: All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable suppliers.
Q: The product I'd like to buy is out of stock. Will it be restocked and how long will it take?
A: The products we stock are very popular and can sell out quickly. We aim to restock our products within 28 days however sometimes it may take a little longer. Please subscribe to our emails to receive notifications to make sure you do not miss out when your favourite product is back in stock.
Q: How can I check the expiration date of the products?
A: Some product packaging has an English translation. However if not, please refer to our Korean - English translation below and check against the dates on the product packaging. For products that only show manufacture dates, it is recommended that it is used within 1 year of opening.

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.
Q: I have a Seoul Glow Discount Code. How can I apply this?
A: You can apply this at "Checkout". Please note that only one discount code can be applied per an order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
Q: Do you offer free postage?
A: We offer free postage for orders worth £25 and over within the UK. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free postage outside of the UK.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As well as the UK, we also ship to European Countries. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for information.
Q: I've changed my mind about a product. Can I get a refund?
A: In the event that you change your mind about a product, you can get a refund by returning it to us within 28 days of purchase. Please contact us at email@example.com for a returns label and further instructions.
It is important that the item(s) are returned in their original, unopened and unused condition (including any free gifts, samples and marketing material).
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs of returning your item(s). We would recommend using a trackable postage service otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). If we haven't received your item(s), we cannot process any refund.
Q: I've had an allergic reaction to one of the products I've purchased. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for products which have caused an allergic reaction or adverse skin conditions. We advise our customers to carefully check product information or ingredient lists before purchasing.
